Is it best to take it with food or on an empty stomach?

Our beef organs aren’t really a ‘supplement’. They’re real food. This means you can take it on an empty stomach or with a meal. 

When’s the best time of day to take your organ supplements?

We love organs for breakfast! Taking them first thing in the morning is a great way to kickstart your day. But if you want to split up the dose, you can. Just don’t take it close to bedtime as many people find it gives them a surge of energy. 

Can I overdose on desiccated organs?

We’ve never heard of over nourishing yourself with real food. That’s what our beef organs are. However, there’s no reason to go wild. 6 capsules a day will be more than enough to ignite your most optimal form.

What’s the ‘fresh organ’ equivalent per dose?

6 capsules contain the nutrient equivalent of about 15g of fresh organ meat.

Should I start with the maximum dose?

You can definitely do so. However, if you’re sensitive to dietary changes, start with a lower dose (2 per day) and gradually increase it. If you are super sensitive, increase it by one capsule a week.  

Should I still take my other multivitamins?

We believe in food first. You can cover your micronutrient bases through wholefood sources without synthetic vitamin supplementation.

Many report the effects within a week or two.

But it may take up to 2 months to really see the results, especially if you're already living healthily.

How long will one bottle last me?

Each bottle provides a month’s supply assuming you are taking the recommended dose of 6 capsules per day. You can be conservative with this by taking 3 capsules a day – which will cover you for 60 days.
