Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NO BS is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nobs.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We don’t bother with the whole ‘return your item first’ and you’ll receive a full refund. We’re confident in the quality of our products. Sending them back to us implies they’re defective.
So, if you try a supplement of ours and find you don’t like it, keep it… give it to a friend, or do whatever you like with it. Just let us know and will give you a 100% full refund immediately. No irritating forms or hurdles to jump through!
However, this guarantee is only valid for first-time purchases within 30 calendar days from the date following the delivery of the product.
If you bought multiple bottles, you will have to send us back the unopened bottles for a refund as we can return these to our inventory.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@nobs.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
